The most important relationship for every one of us is our relationship with Jesus Christ.

and unlike the opinion of churches, the Bible actually said this about Christ that “Jesus is not your accuser. He’s not your prosecutor. He’s not your judge. He’s your friend and your rescuer."

John 3:17 says, "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."

​

Choosing to believe that he is who he claimed to be—the Son of God and the only way to salvation—and receiving him by faith as your Lord and Savior is the most vital act anyone will ever do. We want life. He is Life. We need cleansing. He is the Living Water. Salvation is not by merit and works, It is not by what you've done but by what Jesus had done on the cross.

Ephesians 2:8 says, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God,"

So its doesn't not matter how religious you are, how far you are from God, and how short you feel in being a good person, Jesus is all that you need, to have that new beginning, new life, being born again in the spirit. Here is a simple prayer if you have not yet given your life to Jesus and invited him into yours:

Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God, that you died on the cross to rescue me from sin and death and to restore me to the Father. I choose now to turn from my sins, my self-centeredness, and every part of my life that does not please you. I choose you. I give myself to you. I receive your forgiveness and ask you to take your rightful place in my life as my Savior and Lord. Come reign in my heart, fill me with your love and your life, and help me to become a person who is truly loving—a person like You. Thank you for being a friend and always be there. Live in me. Love through me.  In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
